well, so I'm going to Spain for the sun in the summer and that means I'll be in a bikini. because then I would like to lose some weight or just tone areas like the belly and thighs mostly. I like going to a gym, but not like I can go to my friends and say Hi guys WANT TO COME TO THE GYM?! believe me it will not be well with them. I love running but I live right city and I have no time to go mountain climbing and that like that. well my mom says I'm perfect, but I am and what's pretty obvious. i have curves and a very nice, but is hidden in baby flab. I used to do gym, but then I was not interested and I lost my perfect figure. any idea how to lose weight / tone before the summer?
