Does an 11 month old baby really need walking shoes?
esp. if he can walk already…his dad brought him micheal jordan sneakers and his mom feel like he should get the walking shoes with the bells on them….what to do
he needs good shoes that go over his ankles. He needs as much support as he can get until his bones and joints get strong. I would say Jordan’s are great, because they are basketball shoes and they give excellent support to kids’ ankles and make sure that he doesn’t twist it while walking.

Is it normal if my baby has a hard time walking in his 1st pair of shoes?
I just bought my 15 month old his first pair of shoes & he’s having a hard time walking in them. He walked great in socks, but in his shoes he wobbles around, falls down and can’t stay steady. Is that normal for the first few times a child tries to walk in shoes or does it indicate that there’s something wrong with the fit?
When my son first started walking he had the hardest time with shoes too. Don’t worry he will get the hang of it in no time. I found that very thin shoes worked best and after a few weeks he got used to those we switched to thicker sole on the shoes. Have fun chasing around your little walker!
