Baby Talk Project
A project to help teens realize that what some are doing isnt the best thing for the. Should I try it?
I am doing this Child Devlopment thing with some other people, because people keep talking about teens having babies and how hard it is so we came up with the idea to doing a child devlopment project, where each partaker of the project has to take around a ‘baby’ and for about 5 weeks maybe more we have to take care of it, (what fun to do with all the homework for the eighth grade, extracurricals , and my brothers always bugging me). Has anyone ever done something like this? Was it hard? And how do you do that, do homework, and mangage to go to school with out an attitude from the ‘baby’ waking you up all the time?

I know it supposed to be a hard project, I am just wondering should I take part in this because it was a project the was given as a challenge I dont have to do it if I dont want to. Liek why should I or should not do it?
I did this project when I was in 7th or 8th grade and it wasnt a big deal for me. The batteries come out. I had it on Valentines weekend and the school had a dance, my friend had a birthday party and I had homework. I dont think its an accurate experience of what its like to have a baby. If youre not having sex, dont worry about it. If you are then you should just really think about it.

I’m breastfeeding & having a terrible time. how do i know if my baby is getting what she needs?
I’m doing a project for my developmental psych class. I have to ask questions & get real advice as if I had a newborn & nobody to talk to about it. I would truly appreciate any responses.
you can be sure “Your baby” is getting what she needs if
-feeds 7or more times in 24hrs
-breasts are softer after a feed
-baby settles after most feeds
-most feeds are over within an hour
-has atleast 6-10 wet/dirty nappies in a 24hr period maybe more in the early days
-baby is gaining weight appropriately for her age
