Baby Talk Nursing
I’m wks pregnant w/my 3rd baby.. first time ever I’ve got a fever (a virus from my son), any suggestions?

I know when it gets high, but I’m scared it will shoot up like it usually does with me in the night… Anyone go through this? I’m going to call and talk to a nurse but just want to see if there are any of you who dealt with it too. THANKS!

no i havent had this but just get plenty of fluids and dont cover up to much its ok to take tylenol too.

What happens to a baby if its brain is not fully developed?

I had an ultrasound appointment a few days ago and they said the back of my babys brain looks to be thinner than usual…does that mean its not developing normally? does it mean brain damage and the baby cannot survive? My nurse said she didnt understand my ultrasound report on it and she said she asked some of the midwives and they didnt understand it either because it said something about brumian. I dont even know what type of condition this is and I have to wait to talk to a doctor.

The baby could have anencephaly (which means all or part of the cranial vault isn’t formed) which would ultimately result in death after birth. But, I think they would have said that you if that were the case. You should speak with a doctor about it.
