Work-out advice/help?
I’m 5’5” and 187 pounds, I have 2 kids, my youngest is 9 months old so I am trying to drop this baby weight. I need to know if my work-out routine will help me lose weight.
M-F
45 minute walk in the morning with the kids in the stroller.
Immediately following the walk I do
15-20 minutes on the elliptical.
and every other day I use resistance bands for my upper arms.
SAT-I usually ride my bike for 30 minutes with the kids in the bike trailer…….
Sunday I relax!
My diet is good.
I’m also Breastfeeding,so that alone burns calories….
Is my workout good? Any advice for me?
now I’m no genius in this stuff I’m only 13 but from what i have read and heard if you are eating healthy like you say you are you could lose weight but one tip i have is instead of just relaxing on Sundays try to do some exercise like maybe a walk and another thing that could help would be exercise TV if you have on demand its on the under exercise and fitness and f you don’t you can watch on the Internet
