Can I eat this or is it harmful?
This might be a silly question but I am seriously craving Indian food- like garlic naan and chicken tikka masala. I would love to have it for dinner tonight but am hesitant to order it because I have been told to avoid heavily spiced dishes while pregnant. I have heard Indian food contains a lot of cinnamon which in pregnancy is usually a no no. Is it safe to have Indian food? Am I just being silly? Has anyone else eaten Indian food in early pregnancy and their baby is ok? Thanks!
it should be fine, the only thing i know of that is not good to eat too often when pregnant is seafood.

is it safe to use rapid white (teeth Whithing) it says on the box not reccomended, but its only on ur teeth u dont swallow it?
also i crave chips & curry all the time, i no this is not a healthy diet but i do try eat as much fruit as i can to……. but i just wait chips and curry! i dont wait the fat and spices to harm my baby.

I wouldn’t use the toothpaste if its says its not recommended. Check with your midwife about the folic acid, it used to be that you only had to take it for the first 12 weeks but they change their minds all the time.
If you want chips and curry, you have them! As long as you’re getting vitamins from fruit etc the baby will be fine. I lived on Terrys Chocolate Orange bars with my first and she is perfectly healthy.
