How true to size are Gymboree baby clothes? Do they run big or small? If going by weight what size to get?
They run big, i don’t know the exact weights on them, but if you are using 6-9 months on your little one, 3-6 month in Gymboree would probably fit better.

What is the best way to lose weight after pregnany? I am 5″3 and i weighed 134 before pegnancy and now i weigh 158 HELP!
If you breastfeed that’s the fastest way. I had a c-section and couldn’t exercise for at least 6 to 8 weeks after I gave birth. By breastfeeding I was able to lose all but 7lbs by my 4 week checkup.
If you aren’t breastfeeding first check with your doctor and get the “ok” to start exercising again. Start off slow (walking is always good) and don’t overdo it. Some of your pregnancy exercises (kegels) are also good to keep doing. Eat right and drink a lot of water.
The main thing you have to remember is that its only been 3 weeks since you gave birth and your body has gone through a lot. It took 9 months to put that weight on and it’s going to take time to get it off.
