How to keep background transparent?
there’s this cute game called babydow… and in the game you can make your babies clothes. they give you a template

then you can design it anyway you want. the only thing is… after painting it, the background has to stay transparent. Whenever I try to edit it using paint, it makes the background white, and it doesn’t work.
how can you keep the background transparent?
I’ve been to Gimps site, I can’t figure out how to download it. it gives me a bunch of mirror sites that give me a bunch of links, i can’t figure out where to actually down load it.
You need to use a program that allows you to save an image with a transparent background. My guess is that MS Paint does not allow you to do that. A program like GIMP (free) or Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator (not free) will have an option to set different parts of an image to be transparent.
